The website openbiz.co.il and the WhatsApp agents that OpenBiz operates in its own name (the "Service") are operated by Yigal Pinhasi, as an initiative in setup. Using the Service means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

The website provides information about OpenBiz. The WhatsApp agent answers questions, explains the service and helps arrange a conversation with us.
3. Answers from an AI agent
- Answers are generated automatically by an AI model and may be wrong or incomplete.
- Answers are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
- A price, offer or commitment is binding only if a person acting for OpenBiz has confirmed it in writing.
- You can ask to talk to a person at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, send spam, or send illegal or offensive content.
- Try to bypass the agent's restrictions, break into systems or obtain other people's data.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
We may stop replying to, or block, anyone who breaks these terms.

The content of the website belongs to OpenBiz. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. OpenBiz is not affiliated with, or acting on behalf of, Meta or WhatsApp.
6. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, OpenBiz is not liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by using the Service or relying on the agent's answers.
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the Service or these terms, or discontinue the Service. Changes to the terms will be published on this page with a new update date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
